● ⅔ cup brown sugar
● 2 teaspoons, freshly cracked pepper
● ¼ teaspoon, ground cayenne pepper

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease the oven tray with cooking spray, put the foil on, and set it aside.
Mix brown sugar, pepper, and cayenne pepper together in a small bowl and spread the mixture on a small baking sheet. Cover each bacon slice adequately in the mix and lay the sugar-coated bacon on the foiled tray.
