Celebrity duo Chris Lane and Lauren Bushnell Lane are officially parents of two! The couple recently welcomed their second child, another baby boy, in Nashville, Tennessee. The childbirth was a bit complex for the mother, as she had to undergo a C-section. Thankfully, Lauren Bushnell Lane is healthy now and on cloud nine over welcoming her second son.
The Happy Announcement
The 37-year-old country music star and the 32-year-old Bachelor alum announced on Instagram the birth of their second child, Baker Weston Lane. Lauren Bushnell Lane expressed her joy in the caption of a family photo by mentioning that her life just got eight pounds sweeter. The happy couple also shared a video of the moment their elder son, Dutton Walker, met his baby brother.
Brothers Bonding
In the video, 16-month-old Dutton Walker is seen meeting his new sibling for the first time. Baby Dutton wore a black Big Bro t-shirt and walked into the room with his dad. Lauren Bushnell Lane said to him “That’s your brother!”, pointing at the newborn baby in her lap. She then lifted him on the other hand and said “Mama missed you bud!”, while her dad David captured the video. Baby Dutton is seen chuckling and cooing to his new brother, while mama Lauren looks delighted.

Chris Lane and Lauren Bushnell Lane started dating back in 2018 and got hitched in October 2019, after a four-month engagement. The couple earlier shared a few sweet family photos on Instagram showcasing the baby bump after announcing the second pregnancy. Lauren Bushnell Lane also told the press that this second pregnancy was quite a surprise, as they didn’t particularly plan to expand their family so soon after giving birth to their first son. The couple is now incredibly excited about their new journey after welcoming their second baby boy with much joy and pride.
